Kudlow Report: Insurers extend plans into 2014

Grace-Marie Turner joins Larry Kudlow on the Kudlow Report to discuss reports that some insurers are extending plans into the beginning of 2014. They also discuss legislation that allows consumers to keep the health plans they already had and the effects that legislation could have on ObamaCare.
